Then according to the actual situation of the project analysis of the risk factors, the corresponding risk prevention countermeasures.In this paper, we find that the domestic highway construction projects are generally adopted by the two financing methods and the best financing plan is the result of this paper, can be said to have its rationality or alternative, so we come from theory, in the industry is also in the labor intensive industry, other financing way can not enter the field, and 25% +75% bank loan financing scheme will be in our country highway project financing for a long time.
