Study On Three-level Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Coordination Based On Risk Management And Information Sharing

Considering the losses of fresh agricultural products, a three level fresh agricultural products supply chain with multiple retailers, one distributor and one producer is studied. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative methods are combined, using game theory, optimization theory, principal-agent theory and numerical analysis methods to study the coordination strategy of this three levels fresh agricultural products supply chain.Firstly, this paper mainly focuses on risk management in the case of information symmetry. Using CVaR as risk measurement, a three-level fresh agricultural products supply chain Steinberg game model with multiple noncompetitive risk-averse retailers is established. Then figure out optimal order strategies under decentralized control and centralized control with reverse recursive method, compare the differences and influence factors between these two modes. Supply chain contracts are designed to coordinate the supply chain. The values of the contract parameters are figured out to achieve Pareto improvement. Finally, a numerical example result shows the validity of this game model.On this basis, the paper explores this three level fresh agricultural products supply chain under information asymmetry. Considering the invest level of distributor as private information, changes in revenue of Supply chain members are reckoned, then, work out the influence of asymmetric information on supply chain. Then construct a set of wholesale price contracts to this three level coordinate supply chain with private information, and solve "double marginal effect" caused by information asymmetry. Numerical example results show the validity of the result.Finally, choose the agricultural products supply system of Beijing Capital Agriculture Group as an example, discuss the agricultural products supply chain coordination problems. Then reasonable suggestions are given for supply chain management.
