Emergy Analysis Of Eco- Economic System Of Chinese Construction Industry

With the development of economy in our country,as one of the four pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry is developing rapidly. However, at the same time, the contradiction between the utilization of environmental resources and economic development has become more and more serious, sustainable development faces severe challenges. In order to make the construction industry resource consumption and economic coordinated development, this paper introduces the emergy analysis of eco-economic system in construction industry through a series of methods including theoretical research and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, dynamic analysis and static analysis.Firstly this paper introduces the basic theory of emergy theory, include the concepts of emergy transformity, energy analysis and emergy analysis. According to the eco-economic system structure and characteristics of the construction industry to establish the emergy index system. The system is a complex ecological system which is made of three sub systems of social, economy and nature, including the evaluation index of social sub system, the evaluation index of economic sub system and the evaluation index of natural subsystem that mainly contains the energy value investment rate,environmental load rate, energy self-sufficiency rate, per capita energy ratio, energy density, energy ratio, net energy output rate and industrial auxiliary energy contribution rate of these eight indicators.This paper has an analysis of each index, a detailed description of the steps to emergy analysis.Then, the paper has an empirical study on the emergy analysis of the ecological economic system of China’s construction industry, and takes the construction industry in Jiangxi Province as an example. Combining the initial data of construction industry in Jiangxi from 2004 to 2013 and other areas of China, and according to the emergy index system of construction industry eco-economic system, the paper carries on the history vertical analysis and the regional horizontal analysis. Then draw the development trend of each indicator and have an analysis of its operating conditions.Next, this paper analyses the factors that affect the ecological economic system of construction industry in Jiangxi province by SPSS software. The score of the common factor F is increasing year by year, indicating that these variables have a relatively large impact on the system. It also shows that these variables have a relatively large impact onthe system.Last, the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ecological economic system of construction industry in Jiangxi province based on the analysis results.
