As resources endowment level of economic development and market development degree of different areas of our country have great differences, so it has to adjust measures to local conditions so as to obtain higher efficiency. In addition, We should realize that speeding up the village land circulation to realize moderate scale management is bound to be a long-term process, and should stick to progressive of the village land circulation without anxious for success. Jilin province is one of the big agriculture provinces in our country, land is the lifeblood of farmers, How to solve the land fragmentation of the village and to promote the industrialization of agriculture development is very significance for the realization of agricultural modernization and construction of socialism new countryside. Therefore, this study used seven typical regions of the municipal of the field investigation data of Jilin province in 2015, and investigated different parts of the land circulation situation, which found that the rural land circulation was constrained by many factors, and rural land circulation must be combined with the local situation, Appropriate model should be selected to improve agricultural productivity.This paper chose the normal modein Jilin province land circulation patterns as the research object for instance, the spontaneous flow model and the joint stock cooperative system model.Through comparative analysis of various modes, different areas of farmland transfer target mode was put forward suitable, but the model in practice must follow certain principles.At the same time, a variety of common practical problems faced by rural land circulation mode should be sorted out, including corresponding suggestions of farmers’ weak consciousness of land circulation, lack of standard in rural land circulation management, the rural land circulation market system is not sound, difficult transfer of rural surplus labor and unsound system of the rural social security, etc. in order to protect the interests of the principles.
