Greater Pearl River Delta has become the fourth largest global economy in 2012. The development of Greater Pearl River Delta has already come beyond Japan, France and South Korea. It has already called more attention of the society. The tourism has become a pillar industry in the Greater Pearl River Delta. During the twelfth five-year, Guangdong attaches great importance to the tourism industry within its area of each district region. Greater Pearl River Delta includes nine regions in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The development of tourism in Hong Kong and Macao is in the forefront of other places. This paper selects cross-sectional data of tourism income of Greater PRD region in the twelfth five-year.Analysis of the linkages and differences between regional tourism development in the Greater PRD region from the perspective of time and space. From the perspective of time, it takes some traditional methods such as poor analysis, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, the Theil index. The above method is to analyze the degree of difference between the area of tourism’s income in the Greater PRD. From the perspective of space, it uses exploratory data analysis methods called the exploratory spatial data analysis.First, it uses the method of global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation to analysis and test the growth rate of total tourism income and Exchange Earnings in Tourism in the Greater PRD, Then according to the results of the relevant spatial autocorrelation test, followed by the establishment of spatial lag regression model and spatial error model, the study showed, showing the whole economy of the Greater Pearl River Delta Tourism negative spatial correlation, spatial correlation coefficient of-0.227, inbound tourists number, the number of hotels two explanatory variables has a more significant positive impact on tourism revenue, number of employees and the growth rate of GDP, accommodation and catering industry of the three indicators for the Greater PRD tourism revenues have a very significant negative Impact. Finally according to the results of the previous analysis,it can make policy recommendations for the coordination development of tourism in the Greater Pearl River Delta Area.
