Therefore, as early as March 2005,in Britain it implements a new type of financial management mode-peer-to-peer lending network platform.P2P lending refers to individuals and between individuals through a third party intermediary network platform to guarantee, this is a new kind of network flows based on network, which Outside of the financial industry, independent of traditional individual borrowing, it was overtop the traditional offline lending restrictions, lenders and borrowers who operated by P2 P platform not need to know each other and meet. to some extent, it can satisfy the individual or small and medium-sized enterprise loan demand and finance and investment demand, reflects the current fast financial ideas. The third party P2 P network lending platform play a main information intermediary role, its related systems need to ensure safety, stability, and lending to protect personal information of both sides, to provide information for both borrowers and lenders, promote the deal, After the transaction, the P2 P network platform will be in proportion to loan management fee or consulting fees, etc.This paper consists of five parts, the first part is to describe the knowledge of P2 P network background theory, and introduce the development model of P2 P network between domestic and overseas. The second part is to introduce the software framework and MVC design pattern, emphatically analyzed three layer structure and related Web technologies.The third part is to divide system function module of the P2 P network platform,analyze the module feasibility and carries on the business model design,and then develop the functional requirements.The fourth part is to combine with MVC design pattern,form a layered model of P2 P network system design scheme,and to evaluate the scheme to be come ture.The fifth part is base on the peer-to-peer(P2P) theory and the theory of software engineering design,the combination of the P2 P lending platform system of performance test in detail.Finally it is concluded that P2 P network credit platform design.
