Based On The J2ee Standard Tax Assessment System Design And Implementation

Tax Evaluation is an important action of a modern tax collection and management. It is regarded as a vital role to strengthen the tax source management, the enhancement of the collection quality, and the internal surveillance . While in reality, faced with the numerous object (taxpayer) of evaluation, the countless sample (data) , and the big difference in quality of the main body (tax officer) , the traditional manual style has been unable to satisfy the development. How to establish indicator system and analysis model for analysing the numerous tax information and finding suspicious taxpayer by computer system, will be the current and future urgent need. By fully analyzing the theory of evaluation in domestic and overseas, the article worked out the construction of tax evaluation system based on the standard J2EE ,according to the Business Rules,the indicator,and the analysis model.The Tax Evalution software is a junior artificial intelligence system which based on the network environment. The article elaborated the software which based on the J2EE in these aspects,such as development step,demand analysis,and system design.Besides these,we have done the fundamental research in technical route and analysis model.The software has realized a series functions,such as collecting data, producing model, determining object, implementing evalution, and management of archives. Therefore,the system is a helpful attempt,especially on the aspects of compatibly expansion in model, compatibility of data source, conveniently making of workflow, and has positive significance on improving the modernization level of Tax Evalution work.
