Study On Optimism Of Industry Cluster In The Yellow River Delta Efficient, Ecological And Economic Zone

Since the reform and opening up, the historical evolution of regional economic development in China experienced by the non-equilibrium to the balanced development.Eastern coastal areas is became the first national economic development strategy. In order to balance the level of national economic, government starts to develop the economy of western region, the northeast old industrial base, the central region in China. The East of China’s the only remained economic region attracts many scholars. Due to the unique geographical and resource advantages, The Yellow River Delta becomes national’s center strategic planning.With the progress of knowledge, in-depth research of Tech level, the information age is fully arrival. The domestic economy develops at an alarming rate. The Yellow River Delta as an important untapped economic region is connected with Metropolitan, the West connected to a vast hinterland of the Midwest, and Adjacent to the east sea and northeast of Asian countries. So development of industrial cluster in the Yellow River delta has important strategic significance to enhance the economic growth in Shandong province, drive the surrounding area’s economy, accelerate the integration development, and balance the development of regional economy.In this paper, the author researches in-depth the efficient, ecological, economic industrial cluster in Yellow River delta. During the process of collection and sorting large number of data, the author makes sure that there are two industrial clusters existing which are petroleum chemical industry and textile industry cluster in the Yellow River delta by using location quotient methods. Then the author analysis the current situation of the two industry clusters from the space layout, industrial structure and cluster output capacity. But because of the unique natural and economic environment of the Yellow River delta, there are many problems which are a poor coordination between industry, low industrial chain integrity, weak Public service facilities, and low carrying capacity of ecology. According to the optimization principles which contain the high efficiency, ecological, low-carbon, overall development,common progress, and purring high speed development of industrial cluster economy as the optimization targets, the author advice to adjust the industrial structure, strengthen coordination and cooperation between industries, improve the public service infrastructure,the innovation of cluster, and the ecological environment optimization measures and so on.Finally we can realize the goal of industry cluster development.
