In the background of the development and construction of the Yellow River deltaefficient ecological economic zone increased to the national strategy, the Port-vicinityindustrial cluster development was the key of the development in the Yellow River delta,and choosing its development model becomes a major issue in the current study.Firstly, the dissertation summarized the formation and evolution mechanism ofport-vicinity industry cluster on the basis of learning from the theory of port-vicinityindustry cluster development related literature. The dissertation expounds the foundation ofthe development of port-vicinity industry cluster clearly based on the practical research.And, the dissertation accurately grasps of the degree of industrial concentration of theYellow River delta through quantitative analysis. At the same time, the dissertationevaluates the present situation and analyzes the main influencing factors of thedevelopment of port-vicinity industry cluster with SWOT analysis method. Secondly, thedissertation compares and analyses the domestic and foreign typical pattern ofdevelopment of port-vicinity industry cluster, and summarizes the general sense of therules to provide some enlightenment of port-vicinity industry cluster development modelselection. Through the current situation analysis and experience for reference, thedissertation puts forward “one relying three leads” industrial park type development modelon the basis of accurate positioning. Finally, the dissertation puts forward the generaldevelopment path under the guidance of the “one relying three leads” industrial park typedevelopment model, that is actively expanding the Port-vicinity industrial zonedevelopment hinterland, vigorously developing the special industry, all-round developmentof core of port-vicinity industry cluster, strengthening the construction of infrastructure andimproving the urban core competence center and so on. At the same time, the dissertationalso puts forward the path of four Port-vicinity industrial zone and the specific respectivelysafeguard measures.
