Study On Improvement Of Development Cost Management Mode In Oil Enterprises Of China

With the rapid development of our economy, the demand for oil is growing. The cost of oil and gas is rising in our oil companies. At the same time, the operation cost of oil and gas almost can’t be reduced any more. In order to meet the requirements of sustainable development and enhance core competitiveness, our oil companies should implement low cost strategy. We should increase investment in exploration and development. At the same time, we should gradually improve our development cost management mode. So we can control the cost of exploration and development and improve the efficiency of exploration and development investment to reach the beneficial maximum.This paper introduces the related theories of target cost management mode, standard cost management mode, strategic cost management mode and reservoir management pattern.
