In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition of automobile industry in China, auto parts suppliers are faced with the pressure of rising in costs. Currently, the concentration production of automobile industry provides the advantage for reducing transportation costs by using joint distribution to expand delivery scale. With taking M company as background, this thesis aims at studying the common delivery system and the cost allocation model of automobile components.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the existing problems in delivering automobile components of M company such as high transportation cost, low logistics service quality and imperfection of transportation management system.etc. In allusion to these problems, the thesis puts forwards the automobile components common deliver mode based on third-party logistics, elaborates the advantages of developing common delivery, and provides theoretical guidance for carrying on common delivery through analyzing building process, operating process, transportation process under such kind of delivery system. Then, with the example of three factories of M company in Shanghai, the thesis counts the delivery expenses of separation distribution and joint distribution under different cooperation form, chooses Shapley and Raiffa to allocate joint distribution cost, then compares and analyzes the results, there comes the result that the size of the profit share is the same as the union contribution. Thus, the more contribution to the union, the more profit they will take. Finally, this thesis puts forwards Raiffa on account of the risk of cargo consolidation time which is based on the existing model. With the considering of transportation time, waiting time and the loading time overall, the author gains the risk factor, choose proper risk correction value to modify the result of common delivery expenses. This practice has proven that the revised cost is fair and reasonable, and can be easily accepted by the union companions. In addition, this thesis also studies that when other conditions remain unchanged, the variance of a participant’s cargo consolidation time diminish, it will reduce the risk of theparticipant and bring to the alliance, cost allocation decreasing, leading to cost allocation increasing of other participants in the league. This shows that both cooperation and competition in the common distribution, cooperation can bring benefits to the participants, but competition brings pressure to participants. Thus the participants should be aware of the problems in distribution, take timely measures to reduce the risk, ensure its dominant position in the league to obtain higher returns.
