The rapid rise of the network retail trade, such as TaoBao, Tmall and JD, hasgiven a promotion to the development of the logistics in China, and the expressdelivery industry has gradually developed from traditional transportation industry toone of the core business of e-commerce ecosystem. In recent years, the defects of highcost and low service quality in the delivery industry have gradually spotlighted,becoming the bottleneck of the network retail’s development.Distribution is an important section in the logistics activities, and someunreasonable distribution behaviors, such as circuitous, overlapping and no-loadtransportation, are not uncommon in China’s express. Joint distribution (also calledspell load), is one of the effective ways to address the high cost and low operatingefficiency in express industry, which means multiple enterprises jointly organizingand implementing the distribution activities, in the forms of distribution incooperation with a due division of labor for a certain area customers, so as to realizethe scale and efficiency of shipping activities. However, under the background ofweak cooperation consciousness, poor coordination mechanism and imperfect profitallocation system, our country’s third party logistics enterprises are difficult to achievejoint distribution. Therefore, this paper studies the building mechanism and profitallocation of joint distribution alliance for our country’s third-party logisticsenterprises.This paper starts with the analysis of the actual operation mode of the third-partylogistics enterprise, including the business operation processes, operation nodes andnetwork types, the method of payment, etc. Then, based on the actual situation of thethird-party logistics enterprises’ operation procedures, put forward the building patternof joint distribution alliance, and set forth from the four aspects of constructingprocedures, distribution strategy, organization architecture and coordinationmechanism in detail.As to the profit allocation research of the joint distribution, this paper first explores how the enterprise’s position, amount of the original distributionrequirements and price by single distribution these three variables influence on jointdistribution interests allocation with the method of Computational Experiment, so asto provide basis for the profit allocation model of joint distribution. Then, introducethe three variables of the experiment as well as the logistics performance evaluationfactors to the Shapley method, coming with the correction of Shapley method of theprofit allocation model. This method firstly determines the initial profit distributionplan based on the Shapley method, then, adjust the profit distribution for the first time,according to the member enterprise’s evaluation of logistics performance, and thenusing the calculation results of the experiment, combined with the location anddemand data of the member enterprise, adjust the profit distribution for the secondtime, in order to gain the final profit distribution plan. Finally, through an instance thefeasibility and rationality of the profit allocation plan are verified.
