E-business logistics terminal distribution as the "last kilometer" of logistics part, is the entire e-business activities only segment contact with the end-user, whether its mode of service delivery is appropriate and distribution efficiency meets customer expectations, will directly affect consumer satisfaction for the entire online shopping activity.it has become an important factor in the rapid development of e-business. The paper mainly have a research on the integrated e-business logistics terminal distribution mode and route optimization.Firstly, based on the situation of the end of the distribution and characteristics of various groups in China, the paper will build an integrated e-business logistics terminal distribution mode. The integrated distribution model, on one hand, taking into account the characteristics of different groups of people to select the appropriate distribution model. On the other hand, focused to balance customer satisfaction and cost, by the time window setting options and dynamic mode switching manner to reduce the risk of uncertainty waiting time and the failure distribution.Using a flat path length to quantify the waiting time of distribution,it will create the basis for the research of path optimization, make the path optimization research more meaningful.Then, the paper have a study on TSP problem combines with the ant colony algorithm, analyzes the basic principles of ant colony algorithm and implementation process. Based on Ant Colony algorithm, the paper have a research on e-business logistics terminal distribution route optimization. Path optimization process will consider the slope and congestion situation. By peer energy consumption principle, The pathway is converted to a length of flat road, and through the analytic hierarchy process, the factors related to congestion will be converted to path length, and then through Analytic Hierarchy Process, the factors associated with congestion into the path length, Based on the total length of the flat road, Finding the optimal path by ant colony algorithm will accomplish more high-quality, more efficient distribution.Finally, the paper have a MATLAB simulation experiment for the route optimization process based on ant colony optimization algorithm. By the way referring to Baidu maps and field visits, considering the actual physical length of the route and traffic conditions(slope and congestion situation), the paper will have a collection and drawing for Guizhou Normal University surrounding geographic information. Then to select some of the key parameter value in ant colony algorithm. In order to verify its scientific and feasibility, the paper have a ant colony algorithm’s MATLAB simulation experiment for the route optimization based on specific example from the collected information.
