With the rapid development of modern economy,the importance of logistics industry is increasingly prominent,and the competition within the industry is also improved.Logistics distribution is a very important part of the logistics system which occupied a large part in the logistics activities of various costs.In addition,the needs of customers are becoming more and more diverse,and customers are demanding more and more accurate distribution time.In such a rapid development of the tide of logistics,the most important problem when logistics companies want to improve their industry competitiveness is to reduce the company's distribution costs and improve customer satisfaction with distribution.This paper takes the logistics distribution situation of cixi city of D logistics company as the research object,aiming to optimize the distribution path and minimize the distribution cost and punishment cost.Firstly,this paper analysis the current distribution status of the company,and found the company's major problems,in order to establish a mathematical model of multi-distribution center with time windows,which takes aims for a minimum total cost and customer demand,service time requirements and load of distribution vehicles as the main constraint conditions.Secondly,this paper compared the main algorithm for solving the vehicle routing problem.Based on the characteristics of several algorithms and the selection of ant colony algorithm,the paper designs an algorithm with better performance by adding genetic algorithm into the ant colony algorithm and realizes the algorithm with MATLAB software.Finally,this paper optimizes the distribution path of three distribution outlets in cixi city of D logistics company,and analyzes the distribution service path provided to33 customer points.Then,basic ant colony algorithm and improved ant colony algorithm were used to solve the problem.The solution results were pairwise compared with the status quo before optimization.Through results prove the basic ant colony algorithm has a certain effect of optimization,the optimization effect is not particularly evident,compared the performance of the improved ant colony algorithm is more superior to the basic ant colony algorithm,the algorithm the optimal solution can largely reduce distribution costs and reduce the punishment cost is beyond time window,so as to improve the company's distribution costs and increase customer satisfaction.
