In recent years the rapid development of the automotive industry, the automotive industry has become an important pillar of the national economy. In today’s competitive environment, customer-oriented, attention to customer satisfaction is the main theme of improving the development of the automotive industry. Currently, most studies of customer satisfaction are customer satisfaction theory from start to explore how to improve customer satisfaction, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Most of the research on domestic have stayed at the stage of qualitative research, the research results operability enough. To improve customer satisfaction, the premise must be accurate and objective evaluation of customer satisfaction. This requires the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system, this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, system analysis and focuses on the combination of induction and deduction method of combining analysis to obtain its own brand cars( Great Wall Motor SUV models) enterprise customer satisfaction factors, and establish a set of independent brand cars satisfaction index, and the corresponding countermeasures. Reference and suggestions for my own brand through the development of the automotive industry.This paper introduces the research status of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction and introduces relevant theory, models as well as domestic and international customer satisfaction evaluation index system, and through the impact analysis of factors,and the structure of customer satisfaction Construction analysis model to study the status of its own brand cars and customer satisfaction improvement measures. In the part of empirical analysis used in this paper: customer satisfaction index model, expectation model unacknowledged, fuzzy feature quantization method, AHP and other means of statistical analysis, analysis of the data presented by the upgrade path to its own brand car customer satisfaction.
