Currently technology and market changes rabidly which means it is difficult for a single company or university to achieve innovation successfully and the only way to innovation is whether the organization can learn effectively and make good use of outré resources.Currently mature research on the overall Cooperative Mode basically use a region of the input-output efficiency, the data this approach is not easy to be fully charged and the lack of forward-looking. With the advent of the era of big data, and it acquired from the marketing, forecasting and other achievements in the field to provide our judgment on Cooperative Mode of a new idea, the paper combing through the historical evolution of thinking paradigm Cooperative Mode and the use of large data co-word analysis method,the characteristic elements of cooperative Mode, and then the establishment of evaluation methods maturity cooperative Mode judged all regions of the country, and ultimately identify deficiencies exist in Jilin cooperative Mode and make feasible suggestions.
