The Growth Evaluation Analysis Of Xinjiang Listed Company

All types of enterprises had having a great contribution to the economic prosperity and development of Xinjiang. The gradual growth and more and more stronger teams of listed companies are playing significant role in local economy.Especially since the 1990 s, listed companies of Xinjiang have been active in the Chinese capital market, it has become a force to be reckoned with, and also become a powerful driving force of local economy. Since 1993, the first listed company-Xinjiang Hong Yuan Securities Co., Ltd. was born. From then on, our region has experienced a leapfrog development about listed company which is start from scratch, from weak to strong. Since 1993 to 2015, Xinjiang listed companies experienced 23 years, the number of public companies increased to 43.With strong support in the country, Xinjiang have relying on vernacular geographical and resource advantages achieved stable and rapid development. Listed companies have become promote to new industrialized construction of Xinjiang, and also have become an important force driving economic growth, moreover they have playing increasingly important role in building harmonious society. With the continuous expansion of the scale, local listed companies’ developing ability and earning power are steadily improving. In this paper, chooses Xinjiang Listed Companies’ Growth evaluation as a topic, combined with its own characteristics,selected 21 indicators from 7 aspects, which are profitability, operation capacity,debt paying ability, return on investment, development ability, cash flow and employees’ educational attainment. By using factor analysis found that debt paying ability, development ability, profitability, employee’s educational attainment,operation capacity and cash flow play a decisive role in growth of local listedcompanies.Obtained the first and the second well growing listed companies and other 13 listed companies which have got positive score on total growing evaluation,but the final result is the total growing capacity of local listed companies is relatively weak.In order to improve the comprehensive growth of local listed companies,combined with growth factors, the paper puts forward some suggestions: a reasonable increase liquidity and promote sustainable development; highlight the main industry upgrade and improve the company’s development capacity; rational allocation of capital, improve profitability capacity; strengthen human resources management, enhance the company’s soft power; improve the company’s operating capacity, create more wealth; accelerate cash flow, improve management.
