The Gem Listed Company Growth And Internal Influence Factors Of Research

After more than ten years of preparation.the China’s GEM board was formally established on October30,2009.GEM is set to primarily serve innovative SMEs with the characteristics of a high-risk,high return,and provide direct financing channel to meet the demand for development funds,and promote enterprise great-leap-forward development.Put out the GEM board,structure the multi-level capital markers will play an inestimable role to the development of the capital market of our country.The growth of enterprise is very important for the development of economy and socity of one country.Since there are so many factors that affect enterprise growth,so researchers do not agree each other because they study it from different views and aspects.The enterprise is an organic whole,and enterprise and the external environment is interactive,both of the enterprise itself and the external environment factors influence enterprise growth.Relative to the external environment,their own internal factors are more immediate and lasting,the inner fact is more important.so this paper is the focus of this.This article is divided into six chapters:the first Chapter’s the introduction describing the background and significance of topics,resesrch methods and structures innovations and lacks;The second chapter describes theories about the enterprises growth.ChapterⅢ systematically expounds GEM and analyze the status of the companies listed on GEM;Chaper Ⅳ according to the GEM listing companies and their growth characteristics,put forward growth evaluation index system of the GEM listing companies,and standadized the indicators.In reference to previous studies studies and comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of China’s GEM, this article selects seven major categories and eighteen indicators to examine the growth of enterprises,including indicators of enterprise technology innovation ability,profitability indicators,solvency indicators,operating capacity indicators,and development capacity indicators,shareholder profitability indicators,and staff quality indicators.Chapter V, taking25listed companies on GEM in the empirical analysis, mainly by factor analysis to calculate on business growth; Chapter VI analyzes the results of empirical analysis。...
