The Research On SK Corporation Operation Model Based On Amoeba

SK Corporation is a professional engineering construction enterprise. The company is mainly engaged in building insulation and waterproof system, industrial and commercial professional floor system, exterior wall coating of engineering design, sales, installation and construction. At present, there are a series of challenges, such as Chinese urbanization bringing huge development opportunities and rising wages. In order to seize opportunity and meet challenge, and reform internal management, SK Corporation actively introduces ameba management model. It establishes a set suitable management model promoting enterprise healthy and sustainable development. It also provides reference.The paper follows the thinking of providing, analyzing, solving problems and starts research according to relates issues. Through literature search and case analysis, it gives clear goals and ideas, research content and framework. Through literature search and field investigation, and review of ameba management pattern related theory, the paper analyzes the present situation and problems of SK corp. management. Through case analysis and theory induction, it designs amoeba management pattern of SK corp. Through data analysis and field survey, it analyzes the effect and existing problems of ameba management model in SK corp., and puts forward optimization strategy and safeguard measures of SK corp. ameba management pattern.Conclusions are:(1) though Analysis about the present situation of SK company, increasingly fierce market competition, SK corp. appears a series of operating problems, such as Enterprise culture penetrated employees inside, serious Core brain drain, lack of a clear cost accounting system, unreasonable performance appraisal index set, and so on.(2) It designs the importing scheme of SK company ameba management model. First, there is previous preparation. Second, there is refactoring SK corp.’s amoeba organization system. It confirms the divide of amoeba and amebic departments. Engineering section is a unit. Each project department constitute is a secondary unit. Third, it designs the specific business accounting scheme of secondary amoebas and amebic, including the division of income and cost, as well as the accounting of unit time added value and the corresponding reward policy. Finally, before the implementation of SK company internal ameba management model, it could carry out comprehensive training.(3) SK corp. fully uses scheme of the amoeba business accounting. Analysis of the effect, we found that project performance and Employees’ income significantly increased, turnover reduced. The project schedule management becomes more efficient. The ameba management philosophy continues to infiltrate into amoebic unit.(4) The implementation process of ameba management model in SK corp. still exists some improved problems. For example, Ordinary employees’ understanding of ameba management pattern is not synchronous. They lack continued implementation of confidence. Quantitative data is not enough scientific, accurate, and so on.(5)The paper should pay more attention to the function division and collaboration of amoeba and not amoeba department in the future. Full authorization could continuously improve the participation and management degree of employees. It could construct impeccable information platform, quantify financial data and business data, and strengthen the enterprise internal trust and interaction, carry out Rewards and punishment, and encourage internal innovation and so on.This paper’s innovation lies in: namely how to through the amoeba theory in the practice and application of SK company setting up suitable business management mode for construction enterprises, in order to expand the theoretical connotation of amoeba model. In addition, most of domestic researches are based on improving internal management, operating performance. This paper using amoeba management model, gives a case study of the construction industry in China, as a theoretical reference.
