With the change of international economic situation,enterprises need to establish a set of business model and performance evaluation system suitable for their own characteristics to cope with the increasingly severe market competition.A set of performance evaluation system matching with business model can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and better achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.However,at present,the performance evaluation system of most enterprises can not be closely combined with its business model,which seriously restricts the realization of its strategic objectives and the improvement of its business management ability.Amoeba business model can help enterprises to achieve strategic goals and improve business efficiency by dividing small group business units.As a special management model introduced from Japan,amoeba's philosophy basis,management concept and organizational form are obviously different from the traditional domestic business model.Chinese enterprises cannot blindly copy its model,they must fully understand the philosophy and core connotation of amoeba's business model,and improve the performance evaluation system according to the actual business situation and the characteristics of amoeba's business So as to give full play to the performance incentive function of amoeba operation and make the enterprise develop better.Under the severe situation of drastic changes in the external economic environment,fierce competition in the industry,backward internal management system and serious decline in economic efficiency,COFCO biochemical implemented the amoeba business model.However,at the beginning of the introduction of amoeba business model,the company lacked a suitable performance evaluation environment,a reasonable set of performance evaluation indicators,a perfect performance evaluation process and a communication and feedback mechanism,which led to the mismatch between the performance evaluation system and the amoeba business model,so that it could not give full play to the performance incentive role of the amoeba business model and could not be promoted Business performance.This paper takes the performance evaluation of COFCO biochemistry under the amoeba management mode as the research object,uses the method of literature research and case study to study the background,implementation process and implementation effect of COFCO biochemistry introducing the amoeba management mode,and analyzesthe existing problems of COFCO biochemistry performance evaluation system under the amoeba management mode.In view of these problems,combined with the Balanced Scorecard idea,the key performance indicator method is used to improve the relevant indicators and their weights of performance evaluation at the company level,department level and employee level,and standardize the cycle,method,standard,score and grade of performance evaluation,greatly improving the performance evaluation system under the amoeba business model,aiming to explore how to integrate amoeba The effective method of the combination of amoeba business model and performance evaluation can play the practical role of amoeba business model in performance evaluation and provide reference for other domestic enterprises implementing amoeba business model.
