The Countermeasure Research On Solving The Financing Problemsfaced By Small And Micro Enterprises In Our Country

In our country, small and micro enterprise have occupied the absolute advantage in terms of the number of market main body. In the micro enterprise growth stage, the problem of micro enterprise’s financing has not been solved effectively. In 2015, prime minister Li emphasized the idea further, and he came up with the "public entrepreneurship" and "innovation" to promote the development of small and micro enterprise and to realize the structural reform of our country’s economy. In this context, it is particularly important to explore China small and micro enterprises financing difficult problem causes and the corresponding countermeasures.In this paper, the author cites the theory of information asymmetry, summarizes the predecessors’ existing achievements. Firstly, the writer introduces the division standard, the development characteristic and demand of funds of small enterprises in China. Secondly, the author has analyzed the small and micro enterprises financing status quo of current stage in our country, and points out the small and micro enterprises in our country is still having financing problem. Then based on the information asymmetry theory, the author constructs a dynamic game model of commercial Banks and small micro enterprises, and demonstrates the reason of small and micro enterprises’ financing difficulty respectively from the directions of static game and dynamic game. And the writer also points out the fact that game which achieving the optimal strategy equilibrium is one of the causes of small and micro enterprise sfinancing difficulties, and argues the information asymmetry between the problem is more fundamental problems. Finally, the author gives some advice to slove the financing predicament of small and micro enterprises.
