As the domestic financial markets have become increasingly mature, more and more people begin to pay attention to the banks’ personal financial products. As a foreign bank, the competition A Bank is facing is increasingly fierce. Therefore A Bank should do more on the research of the markets and customers, summing up experiences, so as to continuously optimize the structure of its financial products to meet the needs of its customers.The thesis introduces A Bank’s personal financial products at first, then describes and analyzes the A Bank’s personal financial products’ types, revenue, and customer groups. Next, through the analysis of the competitiveness of the A Bank by the SWOT model, it discusses the future trends of the A Bank financing products.At last, several recommendations are given about the strategy of the A Bank personal financial products’ management: Meet the provisions of the regulatory and legal compliance; maximize the use of the inherent advantages of the product design; fully understand customer needs; summarize the experience of financial products; strengthen risk management; strengthen the investment team; promote product innovation; optimize the system platform; strengthen the marketing team.
