Processes Optimization is a sort of procedure which teasing, analyzing, completing and improving current business process. Through finding, analyzing and solving the issue of process unit and using the method to fan out from point to area, the working efficiency can be enhanced, the working quality can be ensured, the satisfaction of clients can be increased and the competitiveness of firm can be maintain.With the rapid development of highway in Guangdong province, the traffic situation is more and more complex, the technology standard is more and more complete, the traffic flow and toll fee are increasing. These factors enhanced difficulty of the settlement process. Company L’s settlement business work is facing with challenges in which risk control and improve the efficiency of settlement. Settlement efficiency directly affect road owners’ satisfaction degree for the settlement services of L Company. Under the premise of control the settlement risk, how to shorten the time of the settlement process, thereby to improve the efficiency of settlement, for the company to maintain market competitiveness is a very important problem.This article uses the method to solve the long cycle of settlement process of L Company which are case studying and analyzing on current status. On the basis of the query data and field investigation the theory of process optimization is being used. The problems existing in the company settlement business processes has deep analyzed by using the flow chart analysis, critical path analysis, the WBS decomposition method, ESEIA rules etc. From the system construction, the overall process reform, the process method three aspects proposed the concrete solution and implement method. This paper proposed solution and implement method from three aspects which are the system construction, the overall process reform and the flow algorithm. At last, through the balanced score card(BSC), analytic hierarchy process(AHP), fuzzy query method to evaluate new processes, and examine the effect after the testing process optimization, analyzing the shortcomings in process as well as accumulating experience of process optimization, to ensure the quality and stable work for settlement business.This article studies and concluded to obtain optimization method by research highway settlement business process optimization. This method with regards to the settlement business of an enterprise for process optimization has reference value and significance.
