Research On Marx’s Thoughts Of Free Trade And The Analysis About The Construction Of The FTA Of Shanghai

International trade is an important way to realize the exchange of goods and services, and it is also the core driving force to promote social progress and economic development. Most of the studies on international trade have been carried out by the economic theory, but the related ideas of the international trade are less from the perspective of Marx’s philosophy. The thoughts of Marx on international trade contain many deep philosophical factors. This paper analyzes the discussion of Marx’s thoughts about the free trade, which is from the beginning of Marx’s classical international trade theory. Marx believes that the nature of trade is the freedom of capital.Nowadays, the protection of the tariff system is conservative, but the free trade system plays a role in promoting change. Free trade promotes the development of social productive forces, and causes the change of social production relations. So Marx is in favor of free trade.Free trade area, which has a long history of regional economic development in the world, is an important regional economic development in the world. At present, the development of international trade has expanded from trade in goods to trade in services, trade and economic activities have been extended from in-border to out-border, the new rules of international trade have been brewing. At the same time, China’s economy has entered a new normal, and the original model of economic development is not sustainable, so it needs further reform and opening-up to promote the upgrading of economic development model. In August 2013, China set up a free trade area of China(Shanghai). The free trade area is located as the pilot area of China, and is given the task of deepening the reform. The construction of Shanghai free trade zone contains with profound strategic significance, and FTA is the international trade window together with a new standard,and the normal testing fields dealing with China’s new economic, is the inheritance and development of the special economic zone policy.This paper is divided into five chapters to elaborate on the relevant content of Marx’sThoughts on free trade, and combined with the construction of Shanghai free trade area of innovation practice, to explore the Marx free trade of the classical ideas of contemporary China Shanghai FTA construction of the practical significance.The first chapter is the introduction, which puts forward the background and significance of this paper, combing the domestic and foreign academic circles about the research status of Marx’s thoughts of free trade and the construction of Shanghai free trade area, and determine the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is a review of the beginning of Marx’s Thoughts on free trade.Adam Simy,David Ricardo’s free trade theory and the main content of Lester’s trade protection theory are elaborated respectively, as well as Their influence on the development of free trade theory and its significance.The third chapter discusses Marx’s theory of free trade, from the nature of free trade, the historical causes of free trade, the essence of free trade policy, the impact of free trade on the world economy as well as the historical role of free trade in five areas to be explained.In the fourth chapter, Combined with my own research, this paper introduces the construction of Shanghai free trade zone.Starting from the definition of free trade area, respectively from the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the functions of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and the reform of free trade zone in Shanghai, from four aspects of three-dimensional display of the Shanghai free trade area.In the fifth chapter, the contents of the above sections, especially the new practice of Marx’s free trade theory and the construction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, are analyzed in this chapter.
