The Strategy Of Manufacturing Industry Development Of Petroleum Equipment

Shengli oilfield is in Dongying city which is the core area of the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone and blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. It’s the only city that completely belongs to yellow-blue national strategy. Shengli economic development zone is in the central area of Dongying city. It was established in May, 2002 with 33.69-square-kilometer planned area. It’s a park with the main feature of petroleum equipment industry. In 2012, the value of oil equipment manufacturing enterprise accounts for more than 83% of the total output value in the park, including some oil enterprises with more than 1 billion yuan annual output value, such as Shandong Kerui Group, Shengli oilfield ShengJi, Freet Group, Shengli oilfield well cementing and so on. In 2008, it’s named Chinese Petroleum Equipment Industry Base by Chinese Equipment and Management Association.In recent years, with the rapid development of petroleum equipment manufacturing industry of industrial park, some problems have also gradually appeared and some of which have even become the bottleneck factors to restrict the development of industrial park. If these problems can’t be well solved, it’s hard for oil equipment manufacturing industry in the park to obtain high quality and high speed development.Practical significance of this research is based on the reality of economic development zone, by using a variety of analysis tools and field investigations such as visiting enterprise executives to obtain data as detailed as possible and clarify present situation and future trend of industry development. It provides solutions with strong pertinence and operability for petroleum equipment industry development in the park, especially the direction of investment attraction, industry layout, the correlation between enterprises, capital operation and government support policies and simple infrastructure facilities, making Shengli economic development zone able to seize the favorable opportunity for development in the next 10 years, break through the bottleneck, realize the high level development by leaps and bounds. Theoretical significance of this study is to make a beneficial exploration in terms of industry competition analysis and enrich industrial strategy analysis theory.
