The thesis is on the basis of related scientific theory and management philosophy of JIT, combining the existing problems of the manufacturing system of P Company, The Material Requirements Planning system will be optimized in order to increase the ability of control of the material plan and enhance market competitive power.To manufacturing enterprises, plan is the primary task of management. As the basis of production practical, if it can not be done accurately, production can’t run smoothly, and the result cannot be controlled. The thesis is about to optimize the condition from three aspects. First, applying JIT Pull production, different situations will be optimized on the original material requirements planning to assure the consistency of plan and actual. Second, after establishing planning monitoring platform and realizing informatization of outsourcing manufacturing and management, we can optimize the progress as well as strengthen the control of the material progress. Finally, we can realize JIT distribution through the distribution model of JIT directing at special material.At the end of the thesis the material requirement planning system after optimizing will be verified through some living examples, the optimizing way at different situations will also be stated and the progress control and logistics optimization will be introduced, which verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the material requirements planning system optimized.
