Servo system is the core of the main parts in the field of industrial control, for the major in terms of equipment and control accuracy. It is widely used in all kinds of mechanical automation industry: CNC, industrial robots, textile, printing, packaging, war industry, new energy, etc. Its technological progress is important for promoting and improving the equipment manufacturing industry in our country. With “made in China 2025” politic and the rise of industry 4.0 in Germany.Servo system is become more and more important in the field of industrial control. Servo system sales rising over the years, no matter the local brands, Japanese, European or American brands competition in this market is gradually intense. It is necessary to change marketing strategy and to improve their market competitive advantage.This research is based on the need of practical work, the author in the field of servo marketing’s agriculture for more than 10 years, for China’s servo market have a deep insight. This paper mainly analysis Shanghai Capitalnc servo products marketing strategy, and put forward relevant measures to change. This paper adopted the practice interview, telephone survey obtaining firsthand material, reference a large number of journals and literature study.Paper from the domestic and foreign macro environment and the micro environment of the company’s internal, using PEST macro environment analysis model, porter five model, the classic analysis tools such as SWOT analysis, analysis of the Shanghai Cpitalnc servo products marketing environment, through the application of servo system in the whole market situation analysis, servo system is studied in the future development direction and trend of the overall market.
