With the development of aerospace technology,high power servo system has played an important role in aircraft control system.It is the key equipment of high accuracy altitude control in aircraft and affecting the control performance seriously.For military institution,ordinary production has occupied most of the production capability and there is little time for new researches,especially with tight time schedule and heavy work load.Thus,existing project managing method is no longer suitable for new researches because of resource insufficiency.In order to solve the bottlenecks of new project research and fabrication,this thesis focuses on a high power servo system and conducts project progress schedule plan and control researches.According to the analysis of management theories,working out the features of new research project,a suitable progress schedule plan and control strategy is proposed.Therefore,resource is rearranged reasonably under insufficiency condition to guarantee finishing the project on time.The main research includes the following parts:1)A project progress schedule plan based on critical chain method is proposed.Focusing on the problem of severe resource burden during researching,project structure analysis and content decomposition are firstly carried out to produce schedule network.Based on that,the schedule or resource conflicts in the project is solved by recognition of critical chain method and buffer configuration to provide schedule distribution rules and acts as the theoretical basis for project scheduling.2)A project progress control strategy based on earned value method is proposed.To solve the differences of actual project condition and planned schedule,the earned value method is used here to provide management method for the project from the aspects of managing and economy.Thus,the rest of the project can be forecast,adjusted and controlled.And also the project progress is judged comprehensively and fairly.During the researches of project progress management,a new reasonably and efficient managing method is proposed for high power servo system development and it also firmly guarantee the product delivery on time.
