Research On Development Path Of Jilin Province Beef Cattle Industrialization

Industrialization is the objective choice for the sustainable development of beef cattle industry in Jilin province. Jilin province is located in the golden corn belt in China, which has rich straw resources and large number of beef cattle breeding. The number of beef cattle market volume in Jilin province is 467773, and occupies an important share in the amount of beef cattle market in China. Beef cattle farming of Jilin province to a certain extent improves the income level of farmers. However, the development of cattle industry in Jilin province is not optimistic. The production capacity of beef cattle slaughter and processing enterprises with beef cattle for raw materials is generally low and the operating rate is low; beef cattle market for farmers is not stable and price fluctuation is obvious. The current situation is insufficient supplies of beef cattle for slaughter and processing enterprises, The farmers farming fattening cattle mostly sold cattle market, both of which did not form an effective joint cooperation relations Therefore, finding an effective way to solve the above problem from the perspective of the cattle industrialization in Jilin province is the main way to solve the current contradiction.This paper will be divided into three parts: the first chapter and the second part are the foundation of the thesis, which mainly introduce the research background of the industrialization, the theoretical foundation and the basic form of the industrialization; the third chapter and the fourth chapter summarize the current situation and existing problems of beef cattle industry development in Jilin province and find out the influencing factors of the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin province; the fifth and the sixth chapter is the countermeasure and suggestion part, this part is to find the limiting factors of beef cattle industrialization in Jilin province on the basis of above factors, to combine with the organizational form of the cattle industrialization and to put forward corresponding countermeasures.This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey. On the basis of literature reviews, the statistical analysis and summary description, it is concluded that in the process of the beef cattle industrialization development in Jilin province, the reasons such as too small farming scale, scattered farmers, low education level of farmers and so on,cause that the number meeting the requirements of Jilin provincial leading enterprise cooperation of farmers is limited. In summary, the main sticking point of beef cattle industrialization development in Jilin province is that farmers have not effective cooperation mechanism with leading enterprises.Based on the above analysis, the key to solving this problem is the root cause grabbed from farmers, farmers will be combined to form the main body of large-scale farming, and small-scale farmers together forming a large-scale farming is the main way of forming cattle economic cooperation organization. According to this development of ideas, the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province should be given to building cooperative economic organization more support, deepen awareness of industrial development, increase investment capital, technology, personnel and other aspects, the formation of cooperative economic organizations leading enterprise connectivity, economic cooperation organization led farmers organization. In order to further improve the level of industrial development of beef cattle in Jilin Province, In this paper, in addition to determine the form of Jilin cattle industrialization, cooperation economic organization should be determined. Except that the industrialization of the micro main body also put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
