The Application Research On EVA In Valuation Of Internet Enterprise

With the development of Internet technology, people’s consumption behavior of life have undergone great changes,The Government launched the "Internet +" concept. the Government encourages enterprises through a combination of traditional and Internet technology, change in production and sales model, promoting industrial upgrading. Internet has been integrated into all aspects of people’s lives, from the traditional search services and communications, combined with the development of education, health care, finance, tourism and other areas, so an accurate assessment of the value of Internet companies has important practical significance.Based on this background of EVA valuation model used in the Internet business valuation aspects of research and analysis, hoping to make some recommendations for the rationalization of the use of the Internet business valuation. Method of combining analysis and case study this paper specification. First, the first research status EVA valuation model, the theory of EVA theory, business valuation conducted research and analysis. Second, using case analysis, the Qihoo 360 as a case use EVA valuation model to assess its enterprise value, and evaluate the results of the valuation models and real cash flows are compared based on the assessment results show, EVA valuation model assessment results are closer to the market value of Qihoo 360. Whereby the paper argues that EVA valuation model compared to the traditional evaluation model is more suitable for high-tech industries such as the Internet.
