With the acceleration of competition in the market and customer demand heterogeneous process, the enterprise work alone has not adapt to the future development. Currently, with the rapid development of information technology and the innovation of management thought, the effective supply chain management begin to change and replace the traditional supply chain management, and begin to inject new vitality for development of enterprises. Supply chain plan management and control is one of the core content of supply chain management theory, it plays a leading role at each link in the supply chain.This paper is based on the Kitchen electrical business management environment of MACRO, according to the management theory,forecasting, planning, inventory management theory of supply chain, combined with the general management idea and the author’s practice, it discusses how to use the rules and methods of supply plan management in the supply chain management environment to improve problems of the low accuracy of demand forecasting, the low reaction rate and the high inventory in the the supply and demand management of MACRO company, to promote the competitiveness of the company’s overall supply chain.In this paper, the main research work and results are as followed:First of all, build a system, open supply chain planning management and control mechanism. From the demand forecast, production plan, inventory management, replenishment plan several angles to proceed, Macro company leading respectively were established by the needs of distributors, retailers, regional offices and sales the common cooperation joint prediction mechanism; cooperation plan linkage mechanism shared by the sales headquarters, production, OEM suppliers and a spare parts suppliers; by the dealer, Macro, OEM suppliers and level of spare parts supplier linkage inventory management mechanism: to solve the existing plan management separated and closed questions.Secondly, the establishment of supply chain information coordination and communication mechanism. Through the establishment of the supply chain demand planning management working group and supply chain planning management group to form an information communication platform and regulation mechanism to maintain the timeliness and accuracy of information transmission.Finally, the application of integrated supply chain planning management strategies and technical methods。By using the comprehensive application of mature supply chain planning management methods and technology,the accuracy of the plan management is improved.
