Research On Monetary Policy Support To Agricultural Industrialization In Yangjiang

From 1949 up to now, The "three rural issues" which means agriculture,rural development and farmers are among the top concern and priorities of the Chinese Government.The No.1 document from the national central government has focused on this issue for twelve consecutive years. The agricultural industrialization is developing increasingly in Yangjiang, which presenting the professional agricultural production and management, diversifying rural economic organization.However,many factors hamper the development of agriculture. The biggest obstacle is a shortage of funds which is hard to support the development of agricultural industrialization in Yangjiang.With thinking deeply about how to improve government efficiency,determining a reasonable credit policy,and to improve the efficiency of monetary policy to support agriculture, we could find a solution to the rural financial bottleneck.So We achieve the development of rural economy and promote the process of agricultural industrialization countermeasures fundamentally.This paper chooses the unique perspective of monetary policy to study the support to the agricultural industrialization in Yangjiang. The first is the research background and significance, the literature review of agricultural industrialization and monetary policy.The paper defines the concept of agricultural industrialization and monetary policy and reviews the sources of agricultural industrialization.And then the paper explains characteristics, classification of agricultural industrialization and the goal of monetary policy, all as the theoretical basis for later empirical research. The second is to discuss the five stages of agricultural industrialization development and to study the five stages of financial demand for the effects of monetary policy on agricultural industrialization.Once more,this paper introduces the agriculture development status of Yangjiang city and monetary policy support agricultural industrialization.So we analyse the two cases of Yu Wei enterprise and Chun Feng sugar industry.We analyse the relationship between the respective interests of the industrial chain of "enterprise+farmer" mode from the cases.Using the method of factor analysis and linear regression in 2007 to 2013 data, this paper analyses the relationship between the agricultural industrialization of the influence factors and the level of agricultural industrialization and monetary policy, and summaries the factors which restrict the development of agricultural industrialization in Yangjiang.Finally, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions in basis on the previous research.
