The Research On Selecting Sub-contractor Under The Background Of Green Construction

As an important part of the whole life cycle of building,Successfully completed of green construction is the key to realize the green building.Compared with the traditional construction,green construction is more stricted to the requirement of the technology and resources.General contractor can’t realize the mission of green construction by it’s own power.Therefore, sub-contractor becomes more important.Based on the theory of green construction and green building, combine with the practice of project,the text aims to select the optimal sub-contractor and ensure the smoothly completion of green construction.According to the special properties of the green construction,the paper adopts two stage method(pre-qualification stage and decision selection stage) to select the subcontractor.At first,the paper used the basic theory of dissipative structure to analyze the element of selecting subcontractor under the background of green construction.And then preliminarily establishes an index system of two phase selection.After filtering,finally established the pre-qualification stage indicator system,whose first class indicator includes the credibility of green construction,the green construction qualification,the financial management ability of green construction,the internal management ability of green construction,the social relations coordination of green construction.As well as the decision selection stage indicator system,whose first class indicator includes green construction resource conservation, green construction ecological protection ability, green construction site management, green construction bidding commitments, green construction and control ability.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of the green construction and the two stage selection index system,itbuilds the Pre-qualification model based on Entropy weight grey correlation theory and the Decision selection model based on The fuzzy rough set theory. Finally,using the examples to operate on the subcontractor selection model under the background of green construction, and proved its validity and feasibility.The result of the thesis can provide reference for selecting subcontractors reasonably,improving the quality of green construction,therefore ensure the goal of green construction completed successfully.
