Under China’s logistics industry continues to mature, increasingly competitive market situation, a reasonable choice of distribution organizational model, to build a more convenient and efficient logistics and distribution system, placed in front of fresh agricultural enterprises an important issue. Based on this, fresh agricultural products of Shaanxi Province as an example, there are the typical cold chain logistics organization mode and operation mechanism were studied.In this paper, logistics and distribution organization model, the theory of cold chain logistics, supply chain theory, cold chain logistics and other fresh agricultural products based on the theory, the use of literature review, mathematical analysis, questionnaire, grounded theory study and case study method method, first, in terms of transaction costs, the degree of organization and the extent of supply sales organization two-dimensional space, the macro environment for fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics organization pattern formation are described, it discusses the main organization of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics and distribution mode, and fresh produce cold chain distribution mechanism and the problems of China. Secondly, on the basis of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics organization Evaluation and analysis of the applications, the use of AHP and Entropy Method in Shaanxi Province was established cold chain logistics and distribution of fresh produce organizational model evaluation model, and Shaanxi provincial cold chain logistics fresh produce organizational model were evaluated and selected. Finally, the measures to strengthen the cold chain logistics and distribution of fresh produce.
