Study On Cold Chain Logistics Under The Environment Of Supply Chain Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the rapid economic development, the People’s life has undergone tremendouschange in Shandong Province, a sharp rise in the demand for frozen, refrigerated foods.People’s food security awareness of the quality is increasing in safety and quality of freshagricultural produce. Accelerating the modernization of agricultural products cold chainlogistics development has become the focus of hot spot. The State Council promulgated anumber of encouragement agricultural development policies for supporting the developmentof modern agricultural logistics and other related industries. In Shandong Province,agricultural techniques’ level rises to improve the storage of fresh agricultural produce coldchain logistics development environment. But in terms of the rising demand for agriculturalcommodities, agricultural cold chain development lags behind it. Now Shandong’agricultural chain logistics infrastructure is obsolete, the level of information technique islow. Shandong also lacking of logistics management personnel and specialized supply chainmanagement system. Now agricultural logistics problem has become a major problemrestricting the development of agricultural field. Fresh agricultural produce cold chainlogistics and supply chain issues become more and more severe.In this paper, the integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge on supply chainmanagement, logistics theory, management theory, economic theory, introduced in themethod of factor analysis, cluster analysis and other research methods combined withSPSS20.0software. Through the analysis of fresh agicultural produce cold chain logisticsmodel in supply chain environment, raised four cold chain logistics development model andselected different models according to the actual situation of the city. On the basis of theresults of this theoretical study, this paper analysis the cold chain logistics model of QDdairy company. This research enrich related research results and provides measures andproposals in Shandong fresh agricultural produce cold chain logistics development. It alsoprovides reference for theoretical research related to agricultural logistics.The company canreduce the losses of agricultural transport, improve transport efficiency and so on.
