The Study Of Financial Risk Management Of Petroleum Enterprises Based On The Perspective Of Internal Control

With global economy integrating, competitions between petroleum enterprises are becoming increasingly acute as well as the financial risk. In order to avoid financial crisis, petroleum enterprises should identify the risk factors which can affect their financial risk, evaluate their own financial risks and take effective measures to defuse those risks. Internal control is an effective and important way to solve financial risk, so this method is attracting extensive attention worldwide. Under internal control perspective, this thesis studied the financial risk management of petroleum enterprises, which can be used to help petroleum enterprises to avoid financial risks and get advantage position in the competition.This dissertation is based on the perspective of internal control and study the financial risk of the petroleum enterprise and its preventive measures. This paper mainly divided into the following several parts: The first part summarizes the scholars’ representative literature who come from home and abroad and introduces the related theory of internal control and financial risks; The second part is to introduce and analyze the present situation of the petroleum enterprises’ internal control and the financial risk problems; The third part is to build a financial risk management system; The fourth part is specific application which the financial risk management system has been built is applied to the petroleum enterprise, and puts forward measures to guarantee system normal operation.
