Research On Financial Risks Of The Technology Service Enterprise

China turning into a powerful nation of science and technology,Strategies,including the Belt and Road,Powerful Nation in various aspects and so on being implemented,it is of great urgency to develop high-tech service industry while the Technology Service Enterprise(TSE)is faced with opportunity as well as challenge.Domestic and foreign literatures focus on theories of financial risks mainly,meanwhile,there is little reference directing against financial risks of specific TSE.Research on financial risks of Jiangsu Transportation Institute Group(JSTI)mixed in recent years,therefore,this dissertation launches the practice research on financial risks of TSE.To begin with,this dissertation defines the concept of financial risks,TSE and the Public-Private Partnership(PPP),sorts out related theories in the fields of Financial Management,Internal Control,Corporate Governance and Strategic Management,and introduces econometric models including Z-score model and F-score model and DuPont Analysis model.Furthermore,this dissertation discusses main factors affecting financial risks of TSE,and build the financial risk evaluation system for TSE based on main factors.Afterwards,this dissertation analyzes and evaluates financial risks of JSTI systematacially,based on investigations of enterprise actuality,discusses the causes from both external and internal dimensions,and proposes countermeasure suggestions from perspectives of financial management,internal control,corporate governance and strategic management.In the end,this dissertation summarizes financial risks of TSE to provide policy bases and decision-making references for reducing financial risks of TSE.There are five specific sections in this dissertation:introduction for the first chapter,concept definition and Basis of theories and models for the second chapter,evaluation design of financial risks of TSE for the third chapter,evaluation of financial risks of JSTI for the fourth chapter,causes and countermeasure suggestions of financial risks of JSTI for the fifth chapter.
