In recent years, along with the foreign countries especially the sustainable development of society and economy Africa area, for the increasing demand for electricity. Because the domestic level of technology and capital and other restrictions, the introduction of foreign investors need to pass, can meet the domestic demand of electric power. In this context, the foreign enterprises to enter into the electricity market in these countries. Because the environment of the country has a great difference with the domestic and international power engineering contract, therefore has traditionally been considered higher risk. Therefore, to carry out international power project, for the project investors, must realize the development system of project risk analysis, through the project risk identification, evaluation, project implementation and effect of clear all kinds of risk existing in the process of the value, and then put forward the corresponding risk coping strategies, so as to ensure the smooth realization of the investor investment objectives.This article mainly is based on the Tanzania Kinyerezi IV fuel specific case Electromechanical Factory project, starting from the project owner’s perspective, a systematic study on the problem of risk management of project owner. Based on the basic procedures of risk management risk identification risk assessment following the risk countermeasure, put forward the project risk management system, provides a better support to carry out work for the risk management of the project.This paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, the research background, the significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign related international engineering project risk management research present situation, this article research content and the technical route, research methods for the analysis; the second chapter is the overview of the basic theory of risk management and project general contracting of international power part of the project, the international power of general contracting project risk management related concepts are defined, the theory of risk management are introduced, the basic situation and gas turbine power plant EPC project of Tanzania Kinyerezi Ⅳ are introduced; the third chapter is the Tanzania Kinyerezi Ⅳ gas turbine power plant EPC project risk identification part, starting from the project owner party perspective, on the risk existing in the project implementation process are identified, and the construction of the project risk list; the fourth chapter for Tanzania Kinyerezi Ⅳ gas turbine power plant EPC project risk evaluation part, in view of the influence of all kinds of risk factors identified value assess, provide support for the formulation of the risk response strategy in the fifth chapter; for Tanzania Kinyerezi IV gas turbine power plant EPC projects Risk response part, according to the results of risk assessment, risk factor measures according to need, respectively formulate the risk response strategy, ensure the smooth implementation of the project; the sixth chapter is the conclusion part, the dissertation summarizes the. |
