Research On Financing Risk Management Of New Project Of A 2×1000MW Coal-Fired Power Plant

Thermal power infrastructure construction investment,financing has a long time,large scale and other characteristics of financing risk factors.The project of thermal power generation enterprises is affected by the risk of national policy,market economy,force majeure,technical design and construction quality,respectively,according to the preliminary planning,project construction and production operation.Considering the duration of the construction project from planning to operation period,the whole period needs to be financed,and the traditional financing risk analysis is only carried out in the early stage of the project implementation.Therefore,the risk of financing is analyzed from the whole process cycle of the new project of thermal power generation enterprises Is quite necessary.Based on the overall planning of the power industry and the urgent requirements of the sustainable development of electric power,this paper takes the new project of the 2 × 1000MW coal-fired unit of A-fire power enterprise as an example,and describes its engineering situation from system risk and non-systematic risk The paper analyzes the financing risk factors,and carries on the concrete comprehensive analysis to the financing risk of the new project of the enterprise A,finally puts forward the preventive measures and suggestions for the corresponding risk level.This paper shows that the risk factors of the new project financing of the 2 x 1000MW coal-fired units in A-fire power enterprises can be divided into four levels:catastrophic risk,serious risk,big risk and general risk.Through the actual analysis,the system risk is divided into political and legal risk,economic risk and force majeure risk;non-systematic risk is divided into completion risk and other risks.Based on a detailed analysis of the risks,it is concluded that coal,technical design and construction quality are serious risks.Through the risk analysis of the project,not only clearly understand the risk level of the project,but also can put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures and suggestions,the project has a strategic and focused risk management,not only grasp the overall situation,but also focus on the focus of manpower and material resources,Improve efficiency.
