Research On Financial Risk Evalution Of Agricultural Product Logistics In China Based On DHGF Algorithm

Agricultural products logistics financial business is a new business model combined agricultural products logistics with financial, it not only relieves the financing difficulties of agricultural enterprises, but also becomes a new profit source of logistics enterprises. But due to the development of the agricultural product logistics finance in our country is not perfect enough, the logistics enterprise that carries out agricultural products logistics financial business has more risk. How to identify, evaluate and prevent these risks, become the problems to be addressed.This article bases on agricultural products logistics financial related theory and the main mode of operation characteristics, focus on the risk evaluation of the logistics enterprises participate in agricultural products logistics financial business. This article carries out risk identification and analysis from four aspects, the four aspects is logistics enterprise risk, risk of the pledge, agricultural products enterprise and macro environment risk. Then builds a set of relatively complete risk evaluation index system and uses the DHGF(Delphi Hierarchy Grey Fuzzy) algorithm for risk assessment. Emphasis on the main mode of the logistics enterprises participate in agricultural products logistics financial business. Finally introduces the principle of the four main risk evaluation methods.Secondly, it identifies agricultural products logistics financial risks and establishes the evaluation index system. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of agricultural product logistics finance in China, according to the principle and process of risk evaluation index system building, this article through identifies the risk factors, primary elects and screens the evaluation index, to establish a relatively complete risk evaluation index system.Thirdly, it constructs the model of agricultural products logistics financial risk assessment. Using the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, grey system method, fuzzy synthesis combined into DHGF algorithm, then constructs a risk evaluation model.Finally, it combines with the actual case, using the DHGF model to reveal the risk that M logistics enterprises faced on, when the enterprise carries out the agricultural products logistics financial business. Then author analyzes the evaluation results and verifies the application value of this article. In addition, according to the characteristics of different risk for logistics enterprises to participate in agricultural products logistics financial business, this article put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
