Building the Yangtze economic zone is viewed as an important regional development strategy. Marketization and opening are important driving forces to promote the development of the Yangtze economic zone. Besides, the fundamental role of the land market in the construction of the Yangtze economic zone is irreplaceable. However, some land problems are remain to be solved, such as unbalanced urbanization between population and land in the urban space, unreasonable land use structure, repeated industrial structure and extensive growth of construction land. These problems are associated with the lack of the overall allocation of land resource and space division of land market. In order to promote the development of the Yangtze economic zone, this thesis analyzes the differentiation characteristics and influence factors of the land market in Yangtze economic zone, and discusses the feasibility of integration of land markets.Using market survey method, spatial analysis of GIS method, geographical weighted regression model and SWOT analysis method, this thesis focuses on three main contents. Firstly, it analyzes differentiation characteristics in land expropriation market, collective construction land market, and urban land market, respectively. Then, it expounds the effects of various factors on land market. Lastly, it discusses the feasibility and ways of integration on land market. The results show that:(1) spatial variation coexists with spatial autocorrelation on land markets, and land price has geographical isolation and center characteristics in Yangtze economic zone. Local spatial autocorrelation for land price in middle cities present the clustering of L-L, others cities present a clustering of center(H)-edge(L).(2) Fixed asset investment, land marketization, per capita disposable income and other factors have important and different influences on land market. Positive effect of fixed assets investment on land price gradually decreases from upstream to downstream regions. Negative effect of the proportion of industrial production on land value gradually reduces from downstream to upstream, and land supply has opposite effect compared with and proportion of industrial production. Besides, proportion of urban population has promoted effect on land prices in the down reaches, but it has suppressed effect in the middle and upper reaches.(3) The integration of land markets can be realized. The cooperation and adjustment between regions are important for achieving a unified land market and realizing optimal allocation of land resources. So, the construction of land market in the Yangtze economic zone should strengthen the unity of the land market and other markets, conduct the integration of land supply, improve land market environment, and promote the industrial land price system.
