China is the world’s largest producer of clothing, but also the largest exporter of clothing, clothing export trade has created a relatively rich foreign exchange income for China. Dangyang Welth Brother Manufacturing Co.,Ltd get rich profits mainly through the export of clothing,like many domestic clothing manufacturers. Because the current internatio nal sales have been unable to meet the needs of its own development, Welth Brother need further development the international market. Canada is a highly developed industrialized country, the people’s living standards are high, the clothing market has great potential. Welth Brother’s clothing sales in Canada is through the United States Agency in recent years, Welth Brother have a certain understanding about the Canadian market, so the next step is to develop marketing strategy for expanding the Canadian market share. In the introduction, this paper simply introduces the clothing industry and the Canadian clothing market, and then leads to the purpose and significance of the paper. Then in the second chapter, the theory of international marketing, third and four chapter, based on the detailed investigation and Research on the internal and external environment of Welth Brother, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in the fifth chapter, based on the actual situation of Welth Brother, the product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy were formulated by the combination of marketing theory and market research. In the sixth chapter, in order to implement the marketing strategy effectively, the corresponding security measures are formulated. This paper mainly adopts the theory and the practice of the research methods, the combination of marketing theory, combined with the results of Welth Brother analysis of the environment to develop the Canadian marketing strategy. I hope the research of this paper is a useful reference to the development of Canadian marketing strategy.
