Research On The Financial Of High-Tech Smes In Foshan City

The core driving force of economic growth in twenty-first Century is the financial capital and technological innovation.The High-tech SMEs have many characteristics, such as low capital and high risk. The information asymmetry between enterprises and financial institutions and investment institutions often hinders enterprise financing.This project is deeply investigated and studied the capital structure, profit status, financing channels and financing gap of small and the SMEs. Therefore, how to improve the financial market to meet the financing needs of High-tech SMEs is the outstanding problem that we need to solve at present.This paper analyzes the main reasons of financing difficulties of High-tech SMEs in Foshan based on the background of financing environment, and analyzes the main reasons of financing difficulties of High-tech SMEs in Foshan city. By drawing on the successful experience of developed countries and regions financing system, the article from direct financing and indirect financing, government support of three aspects, and points out that using new three board market, OTC market, and actively play a role of government is an effective way to solve the current problem.
