At present, coffee, tea, coco are the three most popular drinks in the world. Among them, the tea is a traditional drink of Chinese. Because China own many people, and most Chinese people like to drink tea, the prevalence rate of tea is the highest in the world. With the beginning rise and spread of coffee culture in the domestic, and under the lead of diversification of consumption concept, more and more people start to understand and recognize of coffee.Dream coffee house of Guangdong university of finance and economics was established in June 2014, and it’s purpose is to provide a good learning and communication and leisure space for the majority of teachers and students. With the population of the campus coffee market, Dream cafe house has created a marketing mode which has the characteristic suit to Guangdong region and conforms to the local food culture and faces with the of school teachers and students groups. Through the analysis of Dream coffee house, this paper summarizes relevant marketing services experience, and explores the coffee house business model with the characteristic of universities in Guangdong area.By analyzing and giving summary to the experience and lessons in the process of growth of Dream coffee house, and by analyzing the operating environment of the market, this paper has carried on the SWOT analysis and marketing strategy design for Dream coffee house. We hope that these studies can solve the problem faced with by Dream coffee house and promote its healthy development. At the same time, the paper wants to explore some of the new mode and new methods to solve the problem. And by using its own resources, we develop a of coffee restaurant marketing solutions with a variety of model of combination which suit for the future development, and grope the coffee industry business model in the campus for the company, in order to solve the problem of the company’s diversified development.
