In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the people’s living standard has improved greatly.But at the same time,the rapid change of social and economic rising insecurity leads people to work.Especially, our country many enterprises began to pay attention to reduce operating coasts,improve the man agement level in the wake of the financial crisis.The resulting relationship between staff work with the change of the quantity and quality of work and become increasingly tense,employees’ job insecurity is also growing.Employee job insecurity and increase output a series of adverse to the organization will make the staff,organizations to strengthen control of the employees,in turn,will increase the staff’s mandatory organizational citizenship behavior.Organizational citizenship behavior and the increase of the mandatory organizational efficiency drops and can,in turn,increase employee iob insecurity in contemporary western academia have been relatively full development.And for the research in our country is still imperfect,por job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior study of the relationship did not form a unified conclusion.Therefoer,this article focused on the job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior and mandatory empirical investigation of the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior,in order to seek job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior as well as the mandatory reasonable balance of organizational citizenship behavior.In this paper, through the content of chapter five focuses on the relationship between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior, also studies the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment, the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and perceived organizational support on job insecurity and organizational commitment. The conclusion in this paper, mainly including: First of all, the employees job insecurity has echo effect on organizational citizenship behavior, has a positive influence on mandatory organizational citizenship behavior; Second, employees can hire of self-perception of employee job insecurity has response regulation; Again, the superior support for employees’ self awareness can be employability positive adjustment. Therefore, the enterprise can be enhanced by reasonable superior support for the work of the staff, and enhance self awareness can hire employees, thus promotes employee job insecurity is reduced, increase the output reduced mandatory employee organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior of the output, so as to promote the continuous development of enterprises.
