With the high resolution remote sensing satellite launch and obtain the remote sensing image acquisition technology continues to mature, the amount of data acquired daily images of remote sensing also dramatically increase. Faced with such massive remote sensing data, the establishment of a remote sensing image data distribution system, providing query and get the necessary remote sensing images for various industries.Since a single remote sensing image file size is usually in the hundreds of megabytes or larger, in the process of data distribution, and network resources is more serious, how limited resources in the network environment for data distribution center to reach the large quantities of data distribution request processing, while ensuring service performance and user experience, is remote sensing data distribution system must be solved. Aiming at this problem, the proposed mechanism for active queue control model, and the data structure of the model and the corresponding operations are designed and built SOA-based data distribution system. The main work is completed and the results during the thesis are as follows:1. Based on the single remote sensing image file size, the overall characteristics of the mass of data for remote sensing data distribution system to ensure an orderly, standardized and efficient sharing of data problems for various industries, put forward a model of active queue control solutions, and design and implementation. By controlling the distribution process and control strategies to ensure that the transmission quality of data and the system performance, meet the multi-user multi-line access to the needs of remote sensing images.2. SOA-based architecture to build remote sensing data distribution system, Web Service technology support, to achieve interoperable, new platform for distributed applications, heterogeneous subsystems interact to solve the existing storage systems and remote sensing data for each of the distribution system needs.3. Verify the feasibility of active queue control model. The author participated in the project, implements the model proposed in this paper,, in the actual operation test environment, from the speed of the data distribution, data ordering, system stability and other aspects to analyze the experimental results, the use of active queue control model of remote sensing data distribution system is stable and reliable data distribution tasks completed, verify the availability of active queue control model.
