China is located in the Pacific tectonic belt and Himalayan tectonic belt Juhui zone, geological environment is complex, a wide range of geological disasters. In addition to the earthquake, the landslide and debris flow is the most serious, it is high in frequency, sudden and destructive, and the intensity has a hidden feature greatly every year, causing huge economic losses and casualties, hindering national urban and rural construction pace, affecting people's living environment.Triggered by a variety of factors, landslides, mudslides are an important type of geological disasters, and the slope stability problem is a contemporary construction and mining as well as hot water conservancy construction engineering problems, adopting high-precision deformation monitoring technology, the implementation of effective monitoring and safety analysis is imperative.With the implementation of the GPS system modernization program, building restoration and renovation of the GLONASS system, the European Galileo system and BeiDou(COMPASS)Navigation Satellite System. In the direction of multi-constellation GNSS receiver systems integration development has become an irreversible trend.In this paper, BDS/ GPS combination of early warning systems to monitor slope stability studies, systematic monitoring of portfolio theory, composition and characteristics are described. Analysis of the technical route monitoring software functionality and service interface. Three difference method using the Kalman filter algorithm for data processing and real-time dynamic combination of high-precision GNSS processing technology, access to the monitoring point precision position coordinate data. Based on monitoring and early warning software for data storage, analysis, multi-level multi- way alarm, achieve real-time monitoring purposes. Changheba spillway tunnel with high slope monitoring system as an example, studied slope stability monitoring and early warning. According to project requirements, to achieve a migration monitoring displacement, velocity and acceleration graphs, reports, display and output functions, easy to look at trends in deformation monitoring points, decision-making basis for the relevant departments to promptly eliminate hidden dangers to avoid landslide disasters, for landslide monitoring and forecasting has very important significance.
