Under the background of "Big Data",the application of geographic information development is toward the "information superhighway".Expand and subdivision of the application of GIS,the application of GIS model are also changing.In the recent years,"Video+GIS" application mode is becoming a new trendency using for urban management,security monitoring,traffic monitoring and some other areas of business such as road management.They gradually favour in this kind of application mode,studying and explorering.By integrating video images and spatial data,we can make the data "visualization",on the basis of the original "digital",in order to make the data more stereo feeling,and the application experience more abundant.On the basis of videoGIS,the paper will introduct the prevailing concept of "stereo video",to study and implement the data acquisition processing and integration,data organization and implementation,data description and retrieval methods and data information redundancy optimization method.Specific work content is as follows:1.Geographic stereo video data acquisition processing and integrationFirstly,I will make a presentation of the stereo vision theory including the principle of stereoscopic imaging,disparity theory and disparity estimation,three coordinate systems of data acquisition and processing(world coordinate system,camera coordinate system,image coordinate system)and the relationship between the three coordinate systems,preparing the theory foreshadowing for data acquisition and processing subsequent.Secondly,I will design a mobile data acquisition platform,which can make data acquisition,processing and storage synchronous.Finally,I will introduce the method and process of data processing,and the preparation of the data model will be done.2.The establishment of the conceptual model and logical model of geographic stereo video data modelEestablish data model constraints(Time-space coupling,expansibility,complies with MPEG-7 standard)by analysising the geographic stereo video data in capture three.Branches data model are established by different varieties of data types(video data,spatial data,linear reference,attribute data,metadata and semantic)based on the constraint conditions.Then by describing the correlation between each branch model,to determine the complete geographic stereo video conceptual data model.From the perspective of logic,lean out of the 14 important element in this experiment and design data storage table for them respectively,and then we discussed data organization mode and data structure,that can provide the basis for data retrieval.3.Description and retrieval method of geographic stereo video dataWe firstly put forward to solve the problem of semantic description of data model,and then introduce the concept of "MPEG-7",MPEG-7 description framework,and content description tool,and describe data semantics based on Object DS,Event DS,SemanticPlace DS and SemanticTime DS tool.According to different types of data in the subsequent,using three different types of retrieval method respectively(semantic relation,linear relation and spatial topological relation),in order to realize the video data retrieval.4.Geographic stereo video data redundancy and an optimization method of encodingFinally,from the point of data redundancy of real-time transmission which pressure on network transmission and communication channel,I put forward the hypothesis of data encoding.Using the encoding method of object based on the current mainstream of H.264 encoding framework,in order to realize the data real-time transmission processing services.
