The Design And Development Of Public Service-Oriented Real Estate Geographic Information System

In recent years, the rapid development of the housing industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. As the continuous development and wide application of the information technology, computers and Internet, informatization and network of real estate is no longer a single figure for the Real Estate Board providing graphic integrated approach to management, but also as a necessary condition that provides the public with excellent and public service of real estate information. With the increasing demand of real estate information on the intuition, graph, accuracy and comprehensiveness, service of real estate information has become an essential part for modern public life. Based on service requirements of the public to the informatization and network of real estate informations, the dissertation proposed a thought of building public service-oriented real estate information system based on geographic information public service platform. Around this theme, a systematic research work was carried out. The main contents are as follows:(1)Applied B/S architecture structures and ArcSDE spatial database engine and Oracle 11 g R2 database management system based on. NET Framework, system develops combined with C#-Silverlight 4 programming technology;(2)Geographic Information Public Service Platform offers a variety of data services and functional services, the system uses REST Web Service to share and blend heterologous services of geographic information based on calling methods of geographic information service through RESTful and Mashup technology;(3)Real estate thematic databases are established based on geographic information public service platform. Using of OneMap's REST map service interface, called geographic information public service platform electronic map services, and stacked with real estate thematic data, the system realized the function of basic graphical browser and operation, data query statistics;(4)Adopted powerful analysis capabilities of GIS technology for spatial data,The system achieves thematic maps cartography and analysis capabilities of shortest path,, providing the public with a new service mode of real estate information. You can visually understand the availability of listing information, the surrounding circumstances and facilities;(5)The system implements geocoding process, creating an address locator which is published as a geocode service. Thus the system achieves listings address locator function.Established public service-oriented real estate geographic information system achieved the digitization, informatization, network of real estate information, providing the public with comprehensive, intuitive, graphic services of real estate information. The dissertation described geographic information public service platform, the overall design, technology-way, database design and system function.
