| In recent years, with the large database and the popularization of the computer network and the rapid development of complex networks has attracted wide attention of scientists in different fields of science. We found that all aspects of the complex network relates to life and work, such as the Internet, power network, commercial networks, biological neural networks, social networks etc.. The study of the development of these complex networks will not only promote many important research direction, and may cause the reform of human social life style.In the direction of the study of complex networks research on synchronization on complex networks is very important. The synchronization behavior in complex networks can explain many phenomena in nature and engineering field. There are a complex dynamic network synchronization research mostly single complex networks, considering that the synchronization of two complex dynamical networks has a very important practical significance and potential application value and use function projective synchronization method changes the scaling function can effectively increase the security of secret communication. Therefore, on the basis of existing research, to further explore the function projective synchronization problem of complex dynamical networks two.This paper studies the function projective synchronization of complex dynamical networks two. By using Lyapunov stability theory as the theoretical basis, respectively, to study the same model and different models of two complex dynamical networks function projective synchronization. For the design of the controller, the effective feasibility of the proposed method are verified by MATLAB simulation. Considering the actual complex network scale, node is the emergence of competition, channel congestion, memory effect factors such as space distance. We further study the synchronization problem of two complex dynamical network lag function projection. By using Lyapunov stability theory as the theoretical basis, respectively, to study the same model and different models of two complex dynamical networks function projective synchronization.
